One of the bands I’m most excited about at the moment are this duo from London. Their M.O. so far is simple. One track a month, posted on Soundcloud for 12 months.
They’ve proved they can do strong simple melodious trip-hop music, girl-boy chemistry and direct pop. For ‘All We Do’, their fourth track in total, the mood is more downbeat but equally beguiling with the pair singing “all we do is hide away / all we do is chase the day,” to a piano backing.
Their next song is out on New Year’s Day.
