Neon Neon Jan 2013
Woo Hoo. In 2008, Gruff Rhys of the Super Furry Animals and Boom Bip teamed up for Stainless Style, a brilliant electro-pop album under the name Neon Neon inspired by the life and times of John Delorean. On April 26/29th, they’ll release Praxis Makes Perfect on Lex Records, another bio/album inspired by Giangiacomo Feltrinelli an Italian left-wing activist and publisher of novels like Doctor Zhivago and The Leopard. Feltrinelli died in suspicious circumstances in 1972.

Album guests include Italian personality Sabrina Salerno, Italian actress and singer Asia Argento, Welsh singer Cate Le Bon, Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer while live shows have been developed by playwright Tim Price, director Wils Wilson and National Theatre Wales. The first gigs will take place in a, as yet undisclosed Cardiff location from 2nd to 5th May. Tickets are on sale.
