The Clonakilty International Guitar Festival returns to West Cork this weekend from 17th to 21st of September.
There are headline ticketed shows, an extensive free session trail and the community-focused Reverb programme.
Artists lined up include teenage Irish blues sensation Muireann Bradley, Syria via Leitrim’s Mohammad Syfkhan, New York-based Zoh Amba, Songwriter and fingerpicker Nick Harper, an afternoon concert celebrating the local Clague family, Irish/Portuguese band P√¥t Pot featuring Cork artist Elaine Malone, West Cork supergroup The Kates, rock band Babyrat, alt-rock band Silverbacks, Americana folk artist Zoé Basha and founding member of The Mary Wallopers Sean McKenna on his new solo thing.

The Reverb community programme will bring music to schools, streets and nursing homes, while also offering exciting workshops with John Spillane and with Nigel Wearne.
