Only Here For You is a tattoo studio, record label, events promoter & clothing brand based in Hackney Wick, East London.

OHFY001 is the first release from the record label wing of the brand, a compilation of music drawn from the community of people who hang in the space after the tattoo shop closes its doors in the evening.

Released on a vinyl run limited to 300 copies with screen printed art, the compilation is released on February 6th, and was curated by Tom Coll (Fontaines D.C.), Elliott Lane (Tattooer / Illustrator / OHFY) , and James Cox (Crows/ OHFY) .

“Whether it’s tattooing, screen printing, embroidery, analogue photography or vinyl records, Only Here For You wills art into existence in the physical realm, giving life to the old processes. By hand is better and this record carries on in that cannon. The tracklist features some of my favourite artists who I’ve discovered through the OHFY guys and for that, I’m forever grateful.”

– Tom Coll (Fontaines D.C.)

Produced in an extremely limited run (300), the compilation is conceived more as an artefact than a commercial release. Every detail has been approached with care, from sound to packaging, with the intention of creating something tactile and lasting. In keeping with that ethos, OHFY001 will exist exclusively as a physical release and include screenprinted extras, a risograph print and will not be made available digitally except the unreleased Crows track which comes with a download code.

The Only Here For You Records compilation album is “shaped not by genre, but by proximity to a space, a community, and the hours spent together after the tattoo shop doors close.”
