The American songwriter is known for his 80s output, which was retroactively coined yacht rock.
Christopher Cross is responsible for such hits as ‘Sailing’, ‘Ride Like The Wind’, ‘never Be The Same’, Swept Away’, the theme song for the film Arthur (‘Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do)’) and has sold 10 million albums over 40 decades.
