Henry Earnest is the latest Dublin producer impressing us from Soft Boy Records
Soft Boy Records came on my radar via a mixtape of beats featuring label founders Kojaque and Kean Kavanagh along with Wastefellow, Brame. Brién and Matt Finnegan.
Their latest release introduces a new Dublin-based artist Henry Earnest, who has operated under the name Dr. Duloc and with the banf Ro Gang.
‘Good Day’ is a short kaleidoscopic beat-focused pop song with samples of Lil Yachty and a Christmas song. It fits into the aesthetic of the Avalanches and Passion Pit.
Buy it on Bandcamp.
Henry’s debut album, When You Get Caught Between The Moon And Dublin City, is set to release this year via Soft Boy Records.
