JD Sampson and Young & Sick team up as for some synth-disco as Sharer

JD Sampson has form in riot grrrl band Le Tigre and the active electro band MEN while Nick van Hofwegen has been known for his soulful R&B jams as Young & Sick and his illustration work. All that experience has been brought to bear on the pair’s new project Sharer.

They met when they were supposed to write songs for others but they ended up doing their own creative endeavour. ‘Body Tonight’ has a nu-disco synth-funk swing to it and comes with remixes by Lefti and Midnight Magic:
