12 Points Festival is looking for artists for 2016
12 Points Festival is a nomadic festival by Improvised Music Company that alternates between Dublin and another European city. This year’s edition took place in Dublin and for 2016, it’ll move to a European city yet to be decided in April. The music is young WEuropean jazz but that also includes experimental and contemporary-related musicians. This year’s programme included sets from Alarmist, OKO, ReDivideR and Leo Drezden.
You can read my interview with the festival director Kenneth Killeen from earlier this year to get a feel.
12 Points have opened the search for the Irish act to join 11 other acts from 12 different European countries next year.
Application Deadline: November 27th.
