Taking their cues from retro garage and pop, Cave Ghosts‘ music often sounds like the soundtrack to hanging out at a beach bar or a tropical excursion in the same way their influences The Shangri-Las and the Beach Boys conjure up lazy summer days.
For the five-piece’s new double A-side single, they’ve kept that warm fuzzy feeling intact with ‘All My Life’ featuring Jen Connell wistfully longing for another accompanied by handclaps while Aoife O’Carra takes the mic for ‘Mariposa’, for some sweet indie-pop brightness.
