Malahide Castle in North County Dublin is hosting a series of gigs from some big acts in the coming weeks.

Here’s all the essential information from the organisers for 2025.

What is the site layout?

• Download the Ticketmaster app from the App Store or Google Play store.
• Sign in to your account using the email used at purchase then tap on ‘My Events’ to locate your order.
• Selecttheconcertnametoviewyourtickets.

Please be aware, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Ticketmaster have a secure system which includes moving barcodes
to reduce ticket touting. Please use the Ticketmaster ‘transfer’ option if you are arriving separately to your group. The ticket transfer window typically opens 2 weeks before the event takes place.


Do the bars and food vendors take cash / card?

All venue bars will be cashless and have contactless card payment facilities. Food vendors will take card and cash payments.


Reusable Cups?


A reusable cup scheme will be in place for beer, stout, and cider products across all concerts. A €2 refundable deposit will be added to the first drink purchased from the Heineken Bars. This deposit will carry over with each subsequent drink purchase where you will receive a fresh cup. The €2 will be refunded when the cup is returned to the designated return stations at the end of each Heineken Bar.


What can I bring in with me?

  • Bags over A4 size, chairs of any kind, animals (other than registered working dogs), glass & cans, umbrellas, selfie sticks, alcohol or illegal substances, drones, flares/fireworks/laser pens, aerosols, megaphone/air horns, professional cameras with a detachable lens, video equipment or audio recording devices, or any item that could be a weapon or pose a hazard.

What if I need help on site?

• Look out for offsite stewarding volunteers in the areas surrounding Malahide Castle. They will be wearing a Pink Hi-Vis and will be able to guide you to the concert entrances. Uniformed security are deployed inside the venue and will also be able to assist.

• As a safety precaution, the ISPCC will provide child registration forms for parents and guardians to complete in case a child becomes separated during the event.


Transport – How to get there?

Plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance allowing at least an extra 3 hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are encouraged to walk, cycle, use public transport and event bus services. Promoters do not operate transport to/ from venue – this is a matter for customers

to arrange in advance. Information about all types of transport and parking bookings are available via the Evntz App.

There will be a strict NO alcohol policy implemented on all transport and private buses travelling to the venue. Please do not arrive at the event intoxicated as you will not be permitted entry.

Pedestrians will only be permitted into the grounds of Malahide Castle via Hogans Gate (near DART station). Pedestrians will not be permitted to enter through any other park gate.

• DART: The Dart will run services each day to and from Malahide Dart Station. It is a 15-minute walk to the arena entrance from this station. For more information visit www.Irishrail.ie  

• CONCERT EXPRESS BUS: 
Marathon Coaches are running a coach service from Dublin city centre to Malahide along with routes to Balbriggan, Rush, Lusk, Blessington, Naas, Dunleer, Drogheda, Maynooth, Celbridge, Leixlip, Enfield, Bettystown, Layton, Balbriggan.

Concert Express are operating a single journey bus service into Dublin City Centre following each event. They are also offering a return service to Ratoath, that serves Ashbourne and Swords. You can pre-book and find more info at www.ConcertExpress.ie  

Following the Event please look out for signs and make sure you follow the correct route to the bus service you have purchased tickets from.

• PRIVATE BUSES: There will be coach/ bus and minibus parking available within the grounds of Malahide Castle, access is via Back Road. It is very important to us that you notify and register with us in advance, to do so please email [email protected] with the details.

• CAR: There is concert car parking available at the Malahide Castle Concerts. To avoid disappointment we strongly advise that you book your car parking as soon as possible. You can book your concert car parking through Evntz app, to www.Evntz.ie to download Evntz App & get your car parking booked now.

Do not attempt to park illegally in areas surrounding Malahide Castle, in local estates or outside local residences. Parking enforcement rules will be in operation and your vehicle will be clamped or towed.


Where is the box office for tickets / guestlist?

Ticketmaster box offices and guestlist facilities are located opposite the arena entrance.


What’s the age policy?

Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, who takes full responsibility and remains with them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring is in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. Recommended: no under 5s. All attendees must have a ticket.

  • There is a strict Challenge 21 policy on site and only the following forms of ID will be accepted for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products:
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • GardaAgeCard

What else do I need to know?

Due to increased traffic & security measures attendees are advised to be at the venue in sufficient time. No overnight or early queuing is permitted. Please respect local residents and other park users by not littering, engaging in anti- social behaviour or parking illegally.

There is no re-admission to these events.

Please remember this is an outdoor standing event and chairs are not permitted – dress appropriately for Irish weather and check the weather prior to arrival!

Please remember to stay hydrated/don’t forget to eat – it’s a long day. Don’t forget to charge your phone and bring battery packs with you – you’ll need battery to access your tickets!

Please allow plenty of time for concert entry procedures, ticket checks and searches. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law and a condition of ticket purchase and entry. Additional security checks may take place once inside the venue.

An Garda Síochána will operate a ZERO tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour, such as on-street drinking, urinating etc. The Promoters and An Garda Síochána reserve the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

NO ALCOHOL or DRINKS are permitted to be brought into the park demesne or the venue with the exception of water and soft drinks in sealed plastic bottles up to 500ml. Empty reusable plastic bottles are permitted into the venue. There are drinking water points onsite.

There may be strobe lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics used at these events.

Please move slowly and quietly when exiting the concert site. Please co-operate with stewards/staff and An Garda Síochána and follow any loudspeaker announcements.
