Galway Folk Festival announces Beth Orton, Declan O’Rourke, Niamh Bury & more

Galway Folk Festival has announced artists for its 50 events taking place across Galway city in the first week of June.

Artists announced for the festival, taking place 5th – 9th June include Declan O’Rourke, Beth Orton, Amble, Eleanor Shanley & Mike Hanrahan, Niamh Bury, David Murphy, Ímar and more, playing ticketed and free shows.

The festival’s third edition platforms folk, roots, and traditional music. The full list of artists are:

Gigs take place in Leisureland and Monroe’s, and there are some free daytime events across three stages. Cuppa Tea TV returns with a stage featuring Youth in Music on Saturday and Sunday, while Culture Vultures with Tony Clayton-Lea offers conversations with special guests across the weekend.
