GIlla Band have announced a surprise Irish tour to coincide with the re-release of a vinyl of their Early Years EP.

Gilla Band will take to the road for seven Irish dates in relatively small venues for the band including Dublin’s Workman’s, Spirit Store in Dundalk, Bank Lane in Waterford and Sandino’s in Derry.

The dates are:


Cyprus Avenue, Cork | 3 Oct 2025
Connolly’s Of Leap, Cork | 4 Oct 2025
Roisin Dubh, Galway | 10 Oct 2025
Bank Lane, Waterford | 11 Oct 2025
Sandino’s, Derry | 23 Oct 2025
The Workman’s Club, Dublin | 25 Oct 2025
Spirit Store, Dundalk | 30 Oct 2025

The Early Years EP is a collection of out of print 7” singles and covers originally released on Any Other City Records and The Quarter Inch Collective and then on Rough Trade Record in 2015.

The re-issue features new artwork based on the original colour blocks plus The Cha Cha Cha has now been remastered alongside the rest of the tracks.
