Avatar

Ireland Music Week has announced 32 international delegates who will attend the music showcase and conference festival, from October 3rd to 6th this year.

This is the third round of delegates announced for Ireland Music Week.

As well as attending the showcases, the delegates will take part in the conference and speed sessions and participate in networking events with Irish artists and industry alike.

The conference will take place from Wednesday to Friday during the day in Lost Lane. Wednesday will be a Local Focus in association with AIM Ireland, with Thursday and Friday including more of the now familiar international elements.

The artist-facing panels and discussions will cover topics such as Management, Labels, Publishing, International Showcasing and much more. There will also be a focus this year on the Indian and German markets. More details and delegates to follow in the coming weeks.

The panel moderators this year are Arveene Juthan, Conor Cusack, James Byrne and MayKay.

More about Ireland Music Week

Ireland Music Week places a strong focus on export-ready artists with an increased success rate year on year. Bookers, labels, publishers, managers, agents and many more international professionals have confirmed to attend, which can be an essential step in any Irish artists’ development. Many of the IMW acts each year go on to showcase at international festivals such as ESNS, SXSW, The Great Escape, Primavera Pro, c/o Pop and more. Ireland Music Week festival is supported by Culture Ireland.

Ireland Music Week continues its partnership with Keychange this year and will welcome three international innovators and three international artists to attend / perform. As always, the festival strives to achieve at least a 50% representation of women and underrepresented gender minorities in its line-up.
