The ’90s dance music’s mainstream top tier is to perform in Dublin this summer.
Moby as been announced for a summer gig at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin on Friday 21st August 2026 with support from ’90s Insomnia smash hit act Faithless.
Moby is of course the New York artist whose early electronic and rave releases like ‘Go’ and ‘Feeling So Real’ eventually lead to the smash hit 1999 album Play, which went on to become one of the most synced albums of all-time for advertisements, sampling old black blues and gospel music (accusations of cultural appropriation weren’t in the conversation back then were they?).
These days his music is more contemporary classic and ambient leaning amongst the dance stuff he still makes.
Moby last played Ireland in 2005 at Ardgillan Castle, supporting Moby.
Tickets priced €69.90 to €79.90 plus fees will go on sale this Friday 6th February at 10am from ticketmaster.ie

Moby’s early ’90ss dance stuff holds up surprisingly well. I have a soft spot for the Twin Peaks-sampling ‘Go’ and the ravey euphoria of ‘Feeling So Real’ could slot into many a DJ set these days.
Previously announced for IMMA are:
Addison Rae, Deftones and Idles, The Prodigy
