Mt. Wolf

Unrestrained atmospheric pop with electronic production methods seems to be the trend for upcoming UK bands right now and Mt. Wolf fit that description sounding a bit Florence vocally, a bit chillout musically and a bit James Blake-esque on the production end.

Lady Lamb the Beekeeper

Not only does this New York singer have a cool moniker but she also rocks a cool real name too – Aly Spaltro. The Brooklyn resident just released Ripley Pine, a collection of straight-arrow modern American folk music lead by Spaltro’s lively voice.

The Altered Hours

This psychedelic garage rock band outta Cork have been nodding heads in abundance down south. Their luscious viscous music harks back to late ’60s wave of psychotropic guitar bands as heard on the Sweet Jelly Roll EP.

Say Lou Lou

Say-Lou-Lou
Having undergone a slight name change from St. Lou Lou, Australian twins Elektra and Miranda Kilbey teamed up with fellow Oz singer Chet Faker for a deft and dreamy new song Fool Of Me.
