J.G. Wilkes might be a busy DJ at the helm at Optimo and as a producer with Naum Gabo, but under his own name the releases are sparse.
That changes with a new EP coming out on Vinyl Factory on Friday called Jaxon and the title track is a slippy slice of percussive low-end hypnotics, reminscent of Daniel Avery. A Barnt remix of the track and two more tracks with a remix by Naum Gabo, are on the B-side.
Tracklisting:
A1. Jaxon (Original Version)
A2. Jaxon (Barnt Remix)
B1. Bathing Beauty (Original Version)
B2. Useful Tool (Naum Gabo Remix)
