A fundraiser for Palestine happens this Friday at Workman’s Club.
The night will feature performances from post-rock band Overhead, The Albatross; and punk-folk ensemble The Deadlians alongside words from West Bank Baha Naseem Ali Cork spoken word and songwriter Ceara Hurley and People Before Profit TD Richard Boyd Barrett.
Tuqa, who is a Palestinian Artist will be painting live on stage as they play, with her friend Eileen Mantel.
DJs Little O and Alba play after the live acts.
The Fundraiser gig takes place on Friday May 24th in the main Room at The Workman’s Club
Tickets are €20 each from Eventbrite.
