Stream Somadrone’s Depth of Field
Neil O’ Connor returns to Somadrone releases this week, taking time out from playing with The Redneck Manifesto to put out his third album Depth Of Field through Skinny Wolves. The result is the richest and most rewarding album he has yet produced: a tapestry of electronics, ambience, pop structures and vocals. Totally fitting for the snowy blizzard weather video we’ve got. 🙂
Neil recorded the album in Dublin, Siggen in Germany, Stockholm, Noyant la Gravoyerein France, Berkeley and San Francisco where he currently resides.
The album is out on vinyl, cassette and download from Skinny Wolves this Friday with artwork by M&E . Another Irish album to consider for your list. Check out the video for ‘Providence’ which is the second track on the album and was shot by Eoghan Kidney.
