I didn’t get the chance to make it down for Rabble’s Ruckus last week but if I had, it would have primarily to have seen Temper-Mental MissElayneous. The Finglas female rapper, real name Elayne Harrington was cited as a highlight in the otherwise-poor attempt at documenting the Irish rap scene Irish Rappers. She rapped for the Prez at the Music Show in the RDS last weekend too.
A four-track EP called Proletarian Restitution is up on Bandcamp for €5. ‘Dominoes’ is the stand out track (and a free download), a pulsing driving arrangement that allows MissElayneous to leave a big impression.
