Talos releases modern electronic ballad ‘Odyssey’, announces debut album & tour
Cork man Eoin French aka Talos has popped up over the last couple of years with a series of fine singles that pitched his music as beautiful electronic ballads.
‘Odyssey’ is the new single, from his forthcoming debut album Wild Alee, out on April 21st. It’s a beautiful and brittle modern electronic ballad, produced by Talos and Ross Dowling.
Talos on ‘Odyssey’:
“In any endeavour we find ourselves at that point of doubt. Those moments where you question yourself. That’s what the line, ‘In this odyssey, it’s hard to leave…’ refers to. It’s a beautiful and testing cycle. “I was asking myself some pretty big questions. Am I doing the right thing? Is this worth it? Am I deluding myself?! And I think in the end, the answer is yes to all three. These feelings come and go. The thoughts pass. Sometimes the delusions get realised. And we move on.”
