Tricky has been announced for a rare Dublin show.
The trip-hop alternative artist plays Vicar Street in Dublin on Tuesday May 12th next year.
Tricky returns to the live stage with a new live show for 2026 with reimagiend versions of songs from his back catalogue.
The Bristol artist has over the years preferred to perform with his back to the crowd but times have surely changed.
Tricky is known for his work on Massive Attack’s debut album and classic record Blue Lines, his collaborations with PJ Harvey and Björk, and his long and fruitful partnerships with Martina Topley-Bird and Marta Zlakowska and his classic albums including 1995’s Maxinquaye, 1996’s Pre-Millenium Tension, 1999’s Juxtapose and 2003’s Vulnerable.
In the last 20 years Tricky has continued to explore his own brand of boundary-pushing alternative songcraft.
