A great tune from The Minutes, a rock ‘n’ roll band that have been improving exponentially since they started playing around Dublin years ago. The song was recorded in Marcata Studios with Kevin McMahon who has worked on records for The Walkmen in upstate New York last year and the studio also informs the title of their forthcoming record Marcata, due out on May 13th. The single was mixed by John Goodmanson who is also responsible for mixing Fight Like Apes.
The video was shot at the Warriors Thai Boxing Gym by Biba Logan. The band are launching the single with a gig in The Leeson Lounge on April 2nd which will also a special pre-show party (like a Minutes mystery tour ) if you buy tickets for it beforehand. Sounds like fun. More info.
