Returning with her first single since last year’s ‘Breathe’, Monaghan multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, vocalist and producer Rachel Mae Hannon is bringing soulful sass on a song that calls out misogyny and toxic masculinity called ‘The Boys’, officially out Friday May 5th on DSPs.
Hannon will appear on the Late Late Show the same night of release to perform the songs, and the bright music video is premiered here today.
‘The Boys’ was written by Rachel Mae Hannon, and produced by Matt Weir.
Watch the video directed and produced by Alan Byrne, with credits below. Rachel Mae Hannon plays Whelan’s on October 20th and tickets are on sale Friday too.
