The Workman’s Club is NOT CLOSING down.

Responding to a video posted by Alternative Dublin, since-deleted, which claimed the venue was closing by January, and being turned into a members-only venue this morning, The Workman’s Club put up an Instagram story refuting the news.

The building surrounding Workman’s is currently being refurbished. Dublin lost the Cellar venue last year due to this work but the main venue is not closing for good, in fact the opposite – open 7 days a week until 2:30am.

Bison Bar did close quietly recently beside the venue.

I posted the same on Insta.
