Twelve DJs across two rooms, including Donal Dineen, Sally Cinnamon and Shay Hannon, will play Lost Lane on Thursday November 5th to raise funds for Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services.

Scully Duggery is a fundraising night celebrating the life, music and legacy of DJ, promoter and broadcaster Hugh Scully, who died in May 2025 following a battle with cancer. It takes place at Lost Lane, Dublin 2, from 7:30pm until late on Thursday November 5th.

Hugh was a prominent figure in Dublin’s house music scene across the 1990s and 2000s, with DJing and promotional work at The Kitchen, The Pod and Spirit. With fellow DJ Shay Hannon, he was a resident at The Kitchen’s Blue night. His wider career took in radio on Power FM and Spin, music promotion, youth marketing and work with Red Bull Music Academy, and he went on to found Dublin Vinyl and The Record Hub.

All proceeds go to Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, in recognition of the care Hugh received at their Wicklow Hospice. Organiser Donagh Molloy, Hugh’s friend and former colleague, says the idea is to get his friends to “fill a dancefloor with happy heads”.

Hugh always had a big smile on his face when he greeted you, and he had an energy and enthusiasm was infectious. He was a Dublin music legend so this night will pay tribute to him in the best way we can – with great infectious tunes and Hugh on our mind.
