The annual Irish music showcase Hard Working Class Heroes has opened its application process for bands to apply to this year’s event which takes place from Thursday October 1st to Saturday October 3rd in Dublin.
100 acts will be picked by a panel of judges and bands who have played in venues across the city in the past include Villagers, Ham Sandwich, Hozier, Le Galaxie, Hare Squead and more. HMV will once again sponsor the festival.
The festival invites international industry over to experience the band’s live sets and network so it can be a great place to meet those people if you’re trying to establish a career in music internationally as well as home.
In addition, the festival tickets have go on early bird sale for €35 plus fee for the weekend until July 16th. Price rises to €45 with €20 per day otherwise.
