City Slang will release Barbara Panther’s self-titled debut album on May 16th. Based in Berlin, the Rwandan-born Panther, her music thus far has been idiosyncratic off-kilter pop and her debut was produced by Matthew Herbert so it may be worth checking out.
‘Moonlight People’ is the newest single and a good intro to her sound. Lorn delivered a top-notch remix of her first single ‘Empire’. You can hear the whole EP after the jump.
