Having been impressed with the quality of the first two releases from Dark Room Notes over the last two years, I’m delighted to hear they have an album We Love You Dark Matter out on April 10th on Gonzo Records. ‘Let’s Light Fires’ is a stabbing electro-pop tune, the kind this island doesn’t produce nearly enough of. The chorus will penetrate your brainmush.
For the album, they rerecorded versions of ‘Love Like Nicotine’ and ‘Shake Shake My Ceiling’, their previous lead singles. they play a launch gig for the album on April 9th in The Academy 2.
