It’s been a while now, but Death Grips are returning to Dublin this summer on Sunday June 18th at The Academy.
Update: A second Death Grips show has been announced for Monday, 19th June 2023. Tickets on sale Friday March 10th.
The California band who are Stefan Burnett aka Ride (vocals) and the production team Zach Hill and Andy Morin burnt a hole through the music scene (and their major label deal) with their industrial post-punk electronic hip-hop music, before splitting in 2014, but never really going away.
Tickets are €39.50 plus fees on sale Friday 10th February at 10am.
The band’s most recent album is Year of The Snitch from 2018 along with a two-track EP Live From Death Valley from last year. Seems like there’s a new album on the way too with shows announced at festivals like Primavera Sound.
