Poet, electronic musician and conceptual artist returns to his regular Leeside haunt to promote new album ‘Martyr, Loser, King’.

WEDNESDAY JULY 19TH:

Lol Tolhurst @ Crane Lane Theatre (7.30pm, €12)
Co-founder of The Cure brings his spoken-word show to the Crane Lane Theatre. Q&A, and appearance from Cork Cure tribute Fire in Cairo, in addition to main show.

THURSDAY JULY 20TH:

Rónán O’Snódaigh @ DeBarra’s of Clonakilty (8pm, €12)
Legendary prog-trad exponent and Kíla/Dead Can Dance man plays a solo gig at the Clonakilty live outpost.

FRIDAY JULY 21ST:

Townlands Carnival @ Rusheen Farm, Macroom (all day, €varies) – WIN TICKETS
Today’s highlights: Bastardo Electrico and GASH Collective takeovers of the Subatomic Stage; Cirque du Freakout kicks off a weekend of participatory circus/theatre.

Soothsayers @ Connolly’s of Leap (8pm, €13)
On their way to Townlands Carnival, afro-dub virtuosi Soothsayers go under the hammers for a special appearance.

Irish Radio International Showcase @ The Poor Relation (9pm, free)
Shandon-based online radio service hosts a free gig, with Stay, The Arcadeans and Cassidy Club.

SATURDAY JULY 22ND:

Townlands Carnival @ Rusheen Farm, Macroom (all day, €varies): WIN TICKETS
Today’s highlights: Rubberbandits & Jeru the Damaja on Main Stage; Meadhbh O’Connor & Welfare/Jonezy at Subatomic Stage; Solo Banton at the Riddim Shack; Humans of the Sesh & friends on a four-hour bender at the Goat Shed.

An Audience With Vincent Moon @ Connolly’s of Leap (8pm, €20)
The mind behind La Blogotheque’s Take Away Shows, filming artists like REM, Sufjan Stevens, Tom Jones and Arcade Fire, known for traveling around the globe with a camera in his backpack, documenting local folklores, sacred music and religious rituals, for his label Collection Petites Planètes.

SUNDAY JULY 23RD:
