Introducing: Farewell J.R. – orchestral cross-national chamber pop

A collaborative music project across seas and oceans led by Cambridge’s Farewell J.R. with friends Danny Powe on bass, Cork drummer Sam McNicholl and violinist Aleesha Camerin in Sydney contributing to recordings. There are two songs so far showcasing a chamber indie-pop acoustic orchestral sound with choral melodies and reverbed arrangements. It’s an accomplished start and the video for ‘A Thought, A Mind’ in particular suggest there are bigger things ahead…
