Hozier to play three special Dublin shows in September
News to liven up your Monday morning now.
After a brief hiatus and some much-needed radio silence, Hozier seems all set to make his return into the public eye. Today, he has announced three intimate Dublin shows, the first he’s played in some time, in the Academy.
The gigs will take place on the 3rd,5th and 7th of September and have been labeled by the artist as live rehearsal shows, presumably entailing the performance of some of the artist’s new material from his much alluded to second album….
I wouldn't usually harp on like this but do wanna say that much of what I'm working on this year has me excited in a way I'd rarely ever admit to. Thank you for your patience…

All ticket proceeds for each of the three gigs will go toward charity, with Safe Ireland, One In Four and the Peter McVerry Trust being the organisations picked. Tickets, limited at 2 per person, will be available through the artist’s website on Friday 17th August.
