LOL Boys’ ‘Changes’ has been on the receiving end of some knockout remix treatment in recent weeks. The Friends Of Friends-signed LA duo of Jerome Potter and Markus Garcia have seen their trippy jazzy R&B song transformed.
First by Shlohmo, who loops Heart Streets’ main vocal into a hazy sweat and secondly by Star Slinger into a more sprightly straight-forward summer jam. Ooh-wee.
Here’s the original EP from Bandcamp, also available on vinyl.
Shlohmo also dropped this MoMa/Fader Warm Up mix this week which lives up to his name by featuring lots of slowed down R&B including Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera.
