Geoff Kirkwood is the Newcastle man behind the intergalactic house project and Me Me Me label boss Man Power.

Kirkwood is equally comfortable writing and presenting experimental symphonies, ambient hauntology and Audio Visual orchestral performances as Bed Wetter or delivering raucous kinetic Techno as MPX.

As  Man Power , Kirkwood has releases on DFA, Optimo, Hivern Discs, SKINT, Permanent Vacation, ESP Institute and his own lauded Me Me Me label.

The Man Power show is heading to Connolly’s of Leap in West Cork on Bank holiday Sunday October 29th as part of a Board of Works party.

Boards Of Works are doing “low key private events that implement three simple rules: No Cameras, No Fuck Actin’ & Keep Behind the Yellow Line”. This bank holiday Sunday they bring

Joining the bill with Man Power is London-based Irish DJ & producer Arveene, and the Boards of Work sound system.

 2023 now sees Man Power having returned full time to DJing and Production with gigs at places like the legendary Glastonbury festival or his residency at the hallowed Pikes Ibiza, multiple tours of Asia and The America’s, numerous Back2Back appearances playing with the likes of Special Request, Daniel Avery, Erol Alkan, Ewan McVicar, Prosumer & Sean Johnston, and a brace of EPs on labels including Nocturne, Echocentric & La La’s “Sound As Records.
