Soccer Mommy – Sometimes, Forever
Third album from Nashville alt-indie songwriter Sophie Allison. ‘Feel It All The Time’.
Automatic – Excess
LA new-wave post punk band’s second album on Stones Throw. ‘Skyscraper’.
Zola Jesus – Arkhon
For her sixth album, Nika Roza Danilova ceded full control in favour of collaboration with Randall Dunn (Sunn O))) , the film Mandy) and drummer and percussionist Matt Chamberlain, and unearths buried tools for bearing grief, loss, and disappointment in the process. ‘Lost’.
GIVĒON – Give Or Take
R&B artist’s debut album. Saw a bit of him at Primavera Sound, it was FINE. ‘Unholy Matrimony’.
Regina Spektor – Home, before and after
Spektor’s first album in six years. ‘Raindrops’.
Various Artists – ELVIS (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
Nothing screams Elvis more than a compilation of tracks featuring Eminem, Doja Cat, Diplo, Denzel Curry and Stevie Nicks right? It’s a Baz Luhrmann movie.
Joan Shelley – The Spur
Kentucky folk singer-songwriter. Title track.
Lupe Fiasco – DRILL MUSIC IN ZION
That title is really something.
Empress Of – Save Me EP
New short collection of alt-pop music from one of our favs. ‘Cry For Help’
