Suggestions so far have been that Noel’s High Flying Birds band will perform alongside the brothers as the band, rather than original members like Bonehead or others who played after like Andy Bell.

Rumours

The dates were suggested to include 10 nights at London’s Wembley Stadium ( currently 4 announced) and additional concerts at Heaton Park in Manchester.

Liam Gallagher yesterday was playing along before the announcement replying on X with statements like “News to me,” “Your scared how do you think I feel,” and “I never did like that word FORMER.” More cynical fans thought the announcement would just be a 30th anniversary announcement of Definitely Maybe, which is marked on August 29th, which is also happening.

This Friday will also see the release of the Deluxe 30th Anniversary Edition of Definitely Maybe.
