I mentioned this New Zealand artist Opossum before and Blue Meanies’ similarity to Beck. Kody Nielson, the brother of Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s Ruban and former Mint Chicks member is at the helm and the song is taken from his debut album Electric Hawaii forthcoming on Fire Records in August. The beautifully shot video is by Sam Kristofski. It reminds me of CANADA’s stuff.
