Other Voices’ Courage series returns this week with Lankum, James Vincent McMorrow & Maija Sofia

Other Voices’ online series Courage is one of the few shining lights to emerge from the lockdown and pandemic with marquee buzzing sets from Denise Chaila, Ye Vagabonds, Mango x Mathman and Colm Mac Ion Iomaire. The series received 1.15 million views over the shows they put on.

This week, Courage returns from Tuesday June 23rd from 8pm broadcasting from “iconic cultural and heritage locations around the country.”

The details are:


Tuesday June 23rd 8pm from Killruddery House and Gardens in Bray Co. Wicklow:

James Vincent McMorrow, Maija Sofia.

Thursday 25th of June 8pm from Kilkenny Castle


Lankum

The streams are available from Youtube, the RTE Player and Facebook live.

Further performances are promised from from Glenveagh National Park, The Crawford Gallery in Cork City along with the Guildhall in Derry, the Guinness Storehouse and Swords Castle in Fingal with acts to be announced.

Courage series one is currently being shown on RTÉ 2 Thursdays at 23:30.

The series is being supported by the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, RTÉ and IMRO.
