Record Store Day 2011 roundup – Irish gigs and releases
Record Store Day takes place this Saturday 16th of April – it’s the day we celebrate and support our local independent record stores around the world and remember what’s so great about them no matter where we live. There will be live in-store performances, once-off compilations and limited releases.
Also worth a read is Ciaran Gaynor’s sentimental ode to record stores.
Here’s a roundup of selected releases and Irish events taking place on the day..
