Last heard of via the Ghostpoet collab ‘Trouble (and the superior Damu remix), Mike Skinner’s new project with Rob Harvey aka The D.O.T. is back with two very different guests on this official first single ‘You Never Asked’ – eccentric Danny Brown on the guest rap and BBC Sound singer Clare Maguire on the hook. I love the frenetic quality to it. Skinner sounds like he’s having fun.
