Night and Day has released full length performances from its iconic tower set Sol Stage at last year’s festival in Roscommon.

The Sunken Garden Sessions’ were filmed inside the 150ft high Moylurg Tower in Lough Key Forest Park, Co. Roscommon which houses the Sol stage at Night and Day.

Artists make their way through the old servants’ tunnels that leads to the Sunken Gardens before making their way to the DJ booth perched high in the sky overlooking Lough Key.

Visual artist Sergey Khadjava wowed audiences with his visual displays that illuminated the Moylurgh Tower as it pulsated in time to the beats from the DJ booth.

Co-founder of Night and Day Craig Hughes said:

‘We’re excited to showcase our unique Sol Stage after its successful debut last year. We were blown away with the reaction, and now those who weren’t fortunate enough to attend can see the full stunning visual masterpiece and performances.

‘There was a previous campaign to have the brutalist tower removed, with claims that it had no artistic value. Finally, we’re able to show people what it was really built for! This is the start of a really exciting journey for us with Sergey as we look to make the Sol stage an unmissable feature of the Irish music scene.’

Night and Day will unveil its electronic lineup for 2026 next Tuesday, 24 March.

The festival takes place on 29-31 May with acts already announced including; The Saw Doctors, Imelda May, The Boomtown Rats, The Hothouse Flowers, Cardinals, Soda Blonde, Big Country, M(h)aol, Lemoncello, Babyrat and many more.
