Following two sold-out nights at the National Concert Hall, David Kitt brings his 25th anniversary celebration of The Big Romance to Vicar Street, Dublin on Friday December 4th 2026.
The show features the same all-star lineup that made the NCH nights so special – Dylan Lynch of Soda Blonde, Katie Kim, Ryan Hargadon, Paul G. Smyth, Rachael Lavelle, Diarmuid Mac Diarmada, Gareth Averill, Eamon Brady and his nieces Elsie and Julia.
“The National Concert Hall shows were the most joyful and musically exhilarating shows I’ve done and I really love this band. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to do it all again at Vicar Street. We’ll be playing The Big Romance in full along with the highlights of the first part of the Concert Hall shows and a few additional favourites from the back catalogue.”

The Big Romance – released in 2001 – remains one of the most quietly beloved Irish albums of its era, a record that has grown in reputation steadily over the past 25 years. Vicar Street on December 4th.
