It’s a busy time for album releases which means there’s a plethora of album streams about at the moment to occupy your ears. Here’s a handy roundup of the notable ones:
Factory Floor – Factory Floor
Debut album from DFA’s English industrial live techno minimalists goes even more pared back for maximum effect.
The Weeknd – Kiss Land
After those fantastic mixtapes, it’s hard to believe this is Abel Tesfaye’s debut album. I have to admit, I’ve completely lost interest in The Weeknd’s music at this point. Maybe it was a moment in time then but now, there’s not much to make me want to come back.
Janelle Monae – The Electric Lady
One listen is not enough to give any sort of a judgment on this sprawling ambitious 19-track release featuring Prince, Solange, Erykah Badu and Miguel amongst others.
Holy Ghost! – Dynamics
DFA electronic dons do the desirable danceable disco din with a distinct dent.
Willis Earl Beal – Nobody Knows
Second album from Chicago outsider artist is the sound of a man leaping into high fidelity. Soulful and together in a way he wasn’t before.
Volcano Choir – Reprave
A more focused and dynamic second effort from Justin Vernon’s new band. Perhaps the hiatus from Bon Iver meant he and the others had more time to spend on this one and it shows.
London Grammar – If You Wait
Debut album from burgeoning soulful UK trio. What a voice. Some form of finicky login required to listen in full.
Delorean – Apar
New album from Basque’s euphoric synth pop band. Features Glasser.
Summer Camp – Summer Camp
Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey promise a more inviting second album recorded with Stephen Street.
Noceremony/// – Noceremony///
Manchester mysterons make ambient-infused dark pop. Pretty sure that’s James Vincent McMorrow on ‘Awayfromhere’.
Múm – Smilewound
Knew nothing about this til five minutes ago.

No Ceremony link brings you to London Grammar? Any sign of a strea, all I can get is a sampler
Sorry John, link is/was http://thelineofbestfit.com/new-music/album-stream/stream-the-self-titled-debut-album-from-no-ceremony-135835
Think the three Weeknd mixtapes over 12 months might have been overkill, loved House of Baloons but by Echoes of Silence I’d lost interest
