Following on from their Splendour & Squalor EP earlier this year, the two Berlin-based Sligo lads Brame And Hamo dropped a fine 12″ on Heist Recordings recently.
The Parish Rumours EP is co-written by the pair and features three tracks – the title, a sturdy house shaker; ‘Ghetto For You’, a funk soul and horns-percussive house groove and ‘Hot Shot’, which is more on a warm jazzy dance mode. Three impressive club tracks from two lads who continue to be ones to keep an eye on (they’ve a new EP next month on Dirt Crew).
