Kiiara was working in in a hardware shop in Illinois when she put her best track ‘Gold’ up online. That track, a modern earworm with production by Felix Snow featured mangled catchy vocals and finger-clicking percussion and It racked up over 7 million plays. As a result, she was one of my artists of 2016 to watch.
Today, the American’s debut EP dropped, collecting her songs so far along with a new one ‘Hang Up Tha Phone’ on a six-track collection EP called low kii savage.
