Love it.
I’m a fan of Nas & Gil Scott-Heron but I have to say that I’m not really feeling this! Feels a bit crowded (maybe that’s what he was going for!)
I suppose it will give ‘I’m New Here’ a bit more well deserved exposure so….
By the way, Nas & Damian Marley are due to play Tripod July 17th
Hi,
I just got myself tickets for Gil-Scott Herons’s concert on the 2nd of May. Does anybody know whether he will be playing songs from his new album “I’m New Here” or whether he’ll just play his older songs from the 80s and 90s?
Both I hope. But mostly new I’d say.
Thank you. Don’t know much about him, it’s a birthday present for someone else 🙂 When I heard that Amnesia Express will be playing, I immediately thought of his old stuff. Just think his current album is extremely good. Am already looking forward to the gig…
