Alias Empire – ‘Black And White’ (video)
While I can’t say I love the tune a lot at this point, Alias Empire’s video for ‘Black And White’ is a great example of ingenious use of widely-available projectors and attention to detail. It was made up Greg Corcoran and Steve MacDevitt who did that neon-dripping Le Galaxie one for ‘The Nightcaller’. The album Safety In Numbers by the now three-piece (they were formerly called Dry County and released the excellent Unexpected Falls in 2007) is out next week and also features ‘Lay Down’.
