Angel Olsen tours Ireland in May
For those who like their folk music, expressive and a little off-kilter, Chicago’s Angel Olsen might be the one for you. With a voice that combines a breathy country-blues vibrato and a quick-changing range, the Bonnie “Prince” Billy touring member’s Half Way Home album was much lauded last year and now she’s over on an Irish tour this May on the following dates.
Dublin: May 2nd // Skinny Wolves presents Angel Olsen & Guests @ Whelan’s (€10)
Cork: May 3rd // The G-Man presents Angel Olsen @ Half Moon Theatre (€10)
Kilkenny: May 4th // Kilkenny Roots Festival (Tickets)
Kilkenny: May 5th // Kilkenny Roots Festival (Tickets)
Belfast: May 6th // The Black Box (TBC)
London: May 8th // The Cinema Museum (TBC)
