Aoibhín is a new 19-year-old musician and host of an Irish music show on Raidió na Life.
For her newest track ‘My Choice’ addresses the struggle of the personal and was inspired by the Repeal the 8th campaign.
In Aoibhín’s words:
The song mainly reflects being shut out by society, and the main inspiration for it was the incredible Repeal the 8th campaign. But, I also was inspired by my struggle with severe anxiety and depression linked to autism. I wanted to convey how it can feel to be so isolated.
