Beck may have dropped the first song ‘Chemtrails’ (eerie, psychedelic, sounds a bit like The Beta Band) from upcoming album Modern Guilt onto the internet production line this week (see his Myspace), but in other Beck news, my favorite remixer XXXchange has uploaded an unreleased remix of Beck’s ‘Nausea’ on his blog yesterday. Says XXChange:
We toured with beck, briefly, he commissioned the remix around the same time. good dude. mad famous and shit. awesome band. great show. no idea why they didn’t use the mix.
He may lack grammar discipline but he knows how to remix a tune.

The new Beck song is deadly, first time in ages it’s sounded like he’s not just phoning it in.
